- Review and, if needed, edit extracted values. Compare the suggested values with your original note, shown read-only. Missing or ambiguous details stay as questions.
- Confirm Apply to use the reviewed values, then edit your calculator inputs if needed.

What uses a credit?
One successful draft with at least one usable input value directly supported by your note uses one credit. Clarification-only responses and confirmed failures use none. An uncertain request stays pending while its original status is checked; it is not automatically sent again.
No free AI trial is offered. Google sign-in is required for optional AI; free tools need no account. Limits: 20 AI requests per account per UTC day, 100 across the site per UTC day, and one concurrent request per account.
What AI does not decide
AI does not set a final quote or invent materials, production methods, inventory or regional prices. An unclear per-item or order-total stitch count needs clarification. You choose your shop costs and remain responsible for the customer quote.
Refunds and support
When purchases are available, request a refund through the buyer portal or hello@embroiderypricingcalculator.com. Approval is not automatic. An approved refund revokes that order’s remaining credits and does not restore already used credits. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
