Website: what happens in your browser

• Save current costs stores one USD cost setup and optional measured stitch rate in this browser only. It does not save quantity, stitch count, colors, order notes, AI drafts or quote results. Typing and reloading do not save or apply it. Use saved costs applies the visible saved values; Forget saved costs or clearing site data removes them. The website does not sync this setup with the separate iOS app.
• The numbers you type are read by a script running on your device and are used only to update the quote on screen.
• Describe order is optional. Its text is sent only after you click Ask AI, and only to prepare an editable field draft. Do not enter customer names, contact details, payment information or confidential notes.
• Optional AI uses our server-only 9router route to prepare an order-note draft. Provider keys and Google identity are not sent to the browser model request. Ordinary payload logging is disabled. Private recovery records temporarily hold the submitted note, context and original and validated output. Content becomes inaccessible five minutes after the original request claim, across successful, failed and uncertain outcomes. Online storage cleanup runs at intervals of at most 60 seconds; a stopped process cannot actively erase disk content, so startup cleanup runs before content access. Non-content request hashes, usage counts and financial status remain for recovery and accounting. A pending request is not automatically sent again. Provider processing and retention follow its own policies; we do not promise a provider deletion period.
• If AI is unavailable, the ticket stays unchanged. The separately labelled browser-local parser can review only explicit labelled values and makes no network request.
• The starting quote is rendered with the page, so the calculator is readable even with JavaScript disabled.
• Once loaded, the page keeps working with the network switched off.
• The copy button writes the plain-text summary to your clipboard only when you click it.
• Website fields are not saved as the iOS app's settings.json, draft.json or history.json. Typing on this website does not create native-app records.

iOS app: local JSON in the app container

• The iOS app writes settings.json, draft.json and history.json only inside its app container.
• Those files contain shop settings, the live draft, saved quotes and frozen ledgers.
• Job labels and notes are free text. The app asks you not to enter customer names or contact details. There is no customer-name, email, phone, address or order-file field.
• The current native app has no account, login, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, tracking, payment, subscription, In-App Purchase, network client, WebView or third-party SDK.
• The app does not upload files. System device backups may include the container if you enable backups. The app itself never uploads anything.

Copying and sharing

• On the website, copying is an explicit click that writes plain text to your clipboard.
• On the iOS app, copy and share happen only after an explicit tap, through system pasteboard and share sheet. The app never uploads those files.

Website services and native app boundaries

• Local tools need no account. Optional website AI uses Google-only sign-in; the native app needs no sign-in.
• Optional AI uses an essential session cookie and a pending request ID in session storage. Local storage is used only when you save your cost setup.
• Optional website Google Analytics runs only after consent; its cookies and technical data processing are described below. The native iOS app has no analytics, advertising or tracking.
• Website Google sign-in and explicitly submitted AI requests use external services; optional analytics contacts Google only after consent. Local calculator inputs and quote results stay in the browser. The native iOS app has no network client or external requests.
• Calculator fields and quote results are not transmitted. Only the optional Describe order note is sent after an explicit click; AI output remains a draft until you review the values against your original note and confirm Apply. Calculator fields stay editable afterward.
• Website AI credit packs are offered only when server-side purchasing is available for your signed-in account. They are one-time purchases, not subscriptions; the separate iOS app has no payment or In-App Purchase.
• Optional AI uses a Google-only account and an essential same-site session cookie. The server stores your account, separate trial and paid balances, request status and private recovery records as described above. Google provides your verified identity for account sign-in; it is not sent to the model. Before Google navigation, this tab temporarily stores your calculator inputs, comparison quantities and customer description in current-tab session storage for up to 30 minutes and consumes them once on return. AI notes and results are excluded from this worksheet. A separate pending request ID and input hash supports AI request recovery. Results expire; pending requests are never sent again automatically. Local calculators, image editing and exports remain free without sign-in.

Access, correct or delete your account information

To request a copy of the personal information we hold about your website or optional AI account, correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete it, email hello@embroiderypricingcalculator.com with the subject Privacy data request. Tell us the email address used for your Google sign-in and whether you want access, a correction, or deletion. For a correction, explain which information is inaccurate. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or payment-card details.

We verify account ownership before sharing or changing account information. We may ask you to confirm the request from the account email address or sign in to this website. Requests are handled manually through this support channel in accordance with applicable data-protection obligations. We explain the information provided, corrected or deleted. There is no self-service account deletion or personal-data export button. Signing out ends the current session but does not delete the server account.

A deletion request can cover account and AI-related personal information under our control. Necessary transaction, credit, refund, security and non-content recovery records may need to be retained for accounting, dispute handling or legal requirements. We explain any information retained and the reason in our response. This does not extend the five-minute AI content limit described above. Residual copies in backups may remain until those backups expire under their retention arrangements. We cannot directly change information controlled by Google, payment providers or AI service providers; their applicable policies and data-rights channels also apply. Google profile information is managed in your Google account; contact us about inaccurate information held by this website.
